Microgram doses are common for research peptides like BPC-157, TB-500, and Ipamorelin. Because 1 mg = 1,000 mcg, the mcg-to-units formula is: units = (dose in mcg × 100) ÷ (concentration in mg/mL × 1000), or equivalently units = dose in mcg ÷ (concentration in mg/mL × 10).
Example: a 250 mcg BPC-157 dose from a vial reconstituted to 2.5 mg/mL = 250 ÷ 25 = 10 units.
1 mg = 1,000 mcg. Research peptide doses are often expressed in mcg because they're small.
Units = dose in mcg ÷ (concentration in mg/mL × 10). Divide by 10 whenever you're on a U-100 syringe.
