    How the conversion works

On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units always equal 1 mL. So units = mL × 100. This conversion doesn't depend on the peptide or vial concentration — it's purely a volume relationship for the standard U-100 syringe scale used for insulin syringes.

    Frequently asked questions

Does this work for all insulin syringes?

Yes for U-100 syringes (the standard). U-40 syringes use a different scale — 40 units per mL — but they're uncommon in peptide use.
