    Overview

The combination of CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin produces synergistic increases in GH and IGF-1. Clinicians report improvements in fat loss, lean mass preservation, energy, and deep-wave sleep.

    Mechanism of Action

CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a GHRH analogue that stimulates the pituitary to release endogenous GH and increases IGF-1. Ipamorelin is a GHRP. When administered together they have synergistic effects on GH with minimal impact on ghrelin, prolactin, ACTH, or cortisol.

    Benefits

    • •Enhanced fat loss
    • •Muscle preservation
    • •Improved sleep
    • •Anti-aging benefits

    Dosing Notes

Common protocols: 0.05-0.1 mL SQ at bedtime, 5 days/week, on an empty stomach 2-3 hours after the last meal.

    Reported Side Effects

    • •One myocardial infarction death reported in the CJC-1295 DAC Phase II trial, attributed by the attending physician to pre-existing asymptomatic coronary disease and considered unrelated to treatment.

    Safety Notes
