    About the Peptide Blend Calculator

Peptide blends (also called combo or stack vials) contain two or more peptides in a single lyophilized vial. Common examples are BPC-157 / TB-500, CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin, and Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin. Because each peptide has its own dose target, a blend needs its bacteriostatic water volume chosen so that a single draw delivers the right amount of every component.

The blend calculator lets you enter each peptide's amount in the vial and its target dose, then computes the mg/mL concentration of each component, the shared mL to draw per dose, and the equivalent insulin units. It also flags when your chosen volume forces one component to draw an impractical dose so you can adjust before you reconstitute.

Use this for pre-made blend vials from research suppliers, or for your own custom stacks — the math is the same. Save the blend and the app will keep track of doses drawn from the vial.

    How to prepare this peptide

    1. List every peptide in the blend vial and its amount in mg.
    2. Choose a bacteriostatic water volume that makes each peptide's dose draw in a reasonable insulin-unit count.
    3. Slowly inject the water down the side of the blend vial, swirl gently until fully dissolved.
    4. Store refrigerated and draw each dose per the concentrations shown in the calculator.

    Frequently asked questions

How do I dose a peptide blend?

You dose a blend by volume, not by peptide. Enter each peptide's mg in the vial and its target dose — the calculator picks a shared draw volume so every component lands near its target with one syringe pull.

Can I combine two single-peptide vials into a blend?

Yes. Reconstitute one vial, draw the reconstituted solution, and inject it into the other lyophilized vial. Then treat the combined vial as a blend and enter both peptides here.

What if one peptide's dose doesn't line up cleanly?

Adjust the bacteriostatic water volume — a larger volume increases the mL per dose and gives each peptide more resolution, at the cost of more insulin units drawn per dose.

How long is a reconstituted blend stable?

Stability is set by the least stable component. For most common blends, refrigerated storage at 2–8°C for up to 28 days is a reasonable working window — check each peptide's stability data.
